You don't find too many restaurants that offer thai tapas in such a stylish setting as Barn Thai. Step through the imposing front doors and be greeted right in the face by a gleaming gold stallion. That just about sets the tone for what lies ahead.

Part of our Starwood membership is a complimentary one night stay at the Westin KL.  We had pre-booked this months earlier, forgotten all about it and then was reminded of it by a courtesy email the hotel sent - thank goodness!  

Food Review: Gino's Recipes, Ara Damansara

Gino's Recipes is a cozy little italian eatery tucked away in Ara Damasara.  We live practically 1 min away but have never frequent this place, even though its highly recommended by hubby's cousin who has eaten here several times.  It's really a case of looking high and nigh but not seeing what's right in front of you.

Food Review: Meatworks, Citta Mall, Ara Damansara

We recently bought a Living Social voucher for a 4 course meal at Meatworks in Citta Mall.  The voucher entitles 2 person to a 4 course meal plus drinks - Soup, Starter, Main, Desert and Drinks - for RM53 nett.  Pretty good value I thought.

Food Review: Rakuzen, Oasis Square, PJ

One of our favourite Japanese restaurant, Rakuzen, has just opened a branch in Oasis Square, Ara Damansara - just 1 minute drive away from our house.  Its first day of business was on Christmas day, and tonight, being Sunday night, the place was already more than half full.  Word spread fast where good eating places are concerned.
