Honeycomb and Calamansi Drink

My final post in this "Nourishing Soups and Teas" series is this Aloe Vera and Red Dates Tea. A friend of mine gave me an aloe vera plant some months ago. It is the US variety (the huge ones). I was delighted, because I've always wanted to grow some aloe.

Lo Han Guo and Honey Date Tea
This is my family's favourite herbal drink. I boil this all the time, about once a week or once a fortnight. It is good for general cooling against body heatiness, sore throat and cough. The English name for lo han guo sounds quite funny - grosvenor momordica.
