Just cook it 3/4 way (ie with just the hint of wetness in the egg) and let the residual heat completes the cooking. Should be fine. this is still best eaten warm, so try to cook it just before eating. But pls go ahead and have it in your prefered way :)Esther@thefussfreechefhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01898768867504528978noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1943427102231523832.post-21869328095355815512012-10-30T09:58:50.091+08:002012-10-30T09:58:50.091+08:00I have mint in my little garden too... can I sprin...I have mint in my little garden too... can I sprinkle the mint on top after cooking the omelette so that it will not be overcooked?Chef and Sommelierhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03538966744189984815noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1943427102231523832.post-84481412460098763362012-10-30T09:29:50.699+08:002012-10-30T09:29:50.699+08:00Hi Esther, usually fry omelette either with daun k...Hi Esther, usually fry omelette either with daun kaduk, basil leaves, curry leaves, brinjal, bittergourd, bombay onions, chai por or 'hneah'.
